Meet Black! Black is a kitsune named after all delicious types of black tea-but his favorite is a nice earthy, smoky blend of black tea.

His face is cast plastic, hand painted up in fun colors. The rest of him is hand sewn brocade, faux fur and fleece which has been airbrushed in places. He has beans in the tummy to keep himself weighted.

He stands just over 5” to the top of his ears. I love his big huge bushy tail!

Meet Darjeeling! A frosty white with blue-tips Kitsune, she features a dazzing gold and turquoise pendant! She also has a heavy golden “shield” on her back, how fun! Darjeeling is a type of white, black or green tea that when properly brewed, yields a thin-bodied, light-colored infusion with a floral aroma.

Her face is cast plastic, hand painted up in fun colors. The rest of her is hand sewn cotton (japanese print), faux fur and fleece which has been airbrushed in places. She has beans in the tummy to keep her weighted.

I made my first Kitsune doll last night! His face is cast resin, hand painted. The rest of him is hand sewn cotton, faux fur and fleece. He has a satchel full of rice in his tummy to keep him upright, and inside for his heart he has a clockwork gear. His ears and tail tips are airbrushes a fushia color. I’m thinking of naming all of my Kitsune dolls after different types of tea. What type of tea does he look like to you? :3 I hope to make many more of these guys, to be for sale soon, along with other types of critters! ♥
