Skyloft Zelda progress! I sewed all that gold trim onto the dress, time consuming but worth it! The gem is molded after an original sculpt and then cast in resin. I hand painted the back to give it that “watercolor” look the game has. Can’t wait to show more progress on this!

Hoookay! I think I’m good with this piece for now.
I thought it might be fun to upload a few of the various stages this crazy, yet simple, piece was in! As well as some detail shots that get lost in the whole piece at full size.
